Inbox/Messages

The Inbox/Messages tool is Mitt UiB's internal "messenger", and is used to send and receive messages within Mitt UiB. The conversations are stored in the participators' inboxes. When you send a messages from Mitt UiB, an email notification will also be sent to the recipient's registered email address. The messages will be be sent out as email notifications to all who have not turned off the appropriate notifications in their personal account settings. Please note:

  • When writing a new message, you must choose the subject before choosing the recipient.
  • When answering from an email, you should not send attachments. Log on to Mitt UiB and use the Inbox when you need to include attachments.
