Write a literature review of about 1-2 pages for your paper. "Literature" here means "other scholarship about the topic" and "review" means "overview", so a literature review is an overview of previous scholarship on or discussions about the topic you have chosen. It should be organised by theme rather than just presented as a list of works. Include a properly formatted bibliography.
Whether or not this you use this text exactly as it stands in your final paper, it is still useful to write out an overview of the theories and other scholarship you are planning to use as a basis for your own work.
Please bring three copies of your literature review to class this week as we will be doing peer feedback in class.
