Login - Inspera Assessment (ENGLISH)

Graders (internal and external) with user or guest accounts at UiB, and other employees:

Go to the address vurdering.uib.no/admin (use the button above),
select "Login with Feide",
select affiliation with "University of Bergen",
choose either
- ID-porten if you can (e.g., BankID), so you don't have to remember your UiB username and password, or
- "Use work or school account" (typically firstname.lastname@uib.no). Passwords must be changed via the website passord.uib.no.

Note! If you have a FeideID from an institution other than UiB and are grading on your work computer, it may be beneficial to open the login page in a private/incognito browser tab. Otherwise, your browser may automatically try to log you in with the account you have logged into your work computer with, and you will not have access to the submissions you are grading at UiB.

External graders must be registered as guests of the type external grader in UiB's guest service to gain access to UiB's exam system. The first time you are registered as a guest, you must:

1. complete registration for guest account and

2. activate the UiB guest account

- - How to activate an account at UiB WITH a Norwegian national identification number
  - How to activate an account at UiB WITHOUT a Norwegian national identification number

before you can log in to Inspera via Feide with affiliation to UiB. Normally, logging into Inspera will be active within an hour after you activated the account, but it can sometimes take 2-3 hours.

Notifications from Inspera are sent to the email address you received the invitation to register in the guest service.

Graders without an account at UiB choose "Or log in with registered Inspera user credentials", and log in with the username (usually not an email address) sent by email from Inspera Assessment. See below about forgotten/not set password.

Forgotten username?

If you log in via Feide with affiliation to UiB and then via ID-porten, you do not need to remember your UiB username and password.

If you have forgotten your username or have not received it, please contact the department/faculty.

Forgotten password?

If you have forgotten the password for your UiB account, you can set a new password at passord.uib.no.

If you log in as a registered Inspera user, use the "Forgot your password?" option on the login page to set or change the password. If you do not receive an email with a link to set a new password, it is a good idea to check the junk mail/spam filter. Alternatively, contact the department/faculty to check which username you should use (usually not an email address), and which email address you can expect to receive the link to (optionally provide the desired email address).
