๐Ÿ–‹  Task

Your career type is strongly linked to your personality, knowing yourself will help you to choose work that leverages your potential rather than challenge your potential.

Reflect on the statements or stereotypes below,
what is mostly true to you?

  1. If given a choice, I would always go for people-related work instead of those that donโ€™t involve others.
  2. I prefer to work alone, or I thrive when I am part of a team.
  3. I prefer to dig deep, really understand one thing thoroughly or I prefer to learn something new and master a lot of things.
  4. I like to get all possible information on the table and take time for processing before making decisions or I consider decision making comfortable even when there are some loose ends.
  5. I prefer to have my days planned and organized or I prefer to handle challenges as I go.
  6. I am always the one who focuses on details and quality, or I am at my best when I can see the bigger picture and work strategically.
  7. I want a job where I can settle and develop, or I get easily bored so I change employment often.
  8. I make friends quickly and find it easy to get along with new people, or I prefer to not engage in networking and time-consuming social activities.
  9. I like to be in the spotlight and often draw attention to my own person or I prefer to let someone else go on stage.
  10. I need to express myself creatively or I prefer not to expose myself to being creative at work
