Alt elektrisk utstyr skal være intakt, forsvarlig plassert og virke forskriftsmessig. Skjøteledninger skal som hovedprinsipp ikke benyttes. Rengjør og vedlikehold utstyret iht. leverandørens anbefalinger, da feil bruk av elektrisk utstyr er en vanlig brannårsak.

Kaffetraktere og vannkokere SKAL være utstyrt med timer og KUN plasseres på lunsjrom og i kaffekroker.

Kaffemaskin med timer kan tillates plasseres på kontorer.

Mikrobølgeovn er forbudt på andre steder enn i fellesområde som lunsjrom og i kaffekroker. Ved bruk skal man være tilstede for å unngå svidd mat med utslipp av røyk som kan utløse brannalarmen. Mikrobølgeovnen må ikke plasseres rett under branndetektor.

Kokeplater eller hybelkomfyrer er ikke tillatt for tilbereding av mat. Bruk mikrobølgeovn. Ellers henvises det til kantinen for varm mat.

Kjøleskap skal ikke plasseres på kontorer da det er et hygiene og renholdproblem. I tillegg er strøm bruk en negativ faktor.

Elektrisk avfall kastes i El-bur i Miljøstasjonen i Allbruksbygget/ garasjebygget. Thormöhlensgate 53E

Hotplates or stoves are not permitted for the preparation of food. Use microwave. Otherwise, refer to the canteen for hot food.

Refrigerators should not be placed in offices for hygiene and cleaning problem. In addition, power consumption is a negative factor.
